1. Description of Services

DumpsterData provides independent commercial waste pricing intelligence, including estimated pricing benchmarks based on location, service configuration, and available market information.

Our estimates are intended to help businesses understand, evaluate, and compare potential commercial waste-service costs.

DumpsterData is not a waste-hauling company and does not itself provide waste collection or disposal services.

2. Pricing Estimates and Limitations

DumpsterData's pricing benchmarks are estimates generated using data, assumptions, and analytical models.

Actual prices may differ due to waste volume, composition, geographic location, disposal options, contract duration, collection requirements, fuel charges, additional fees, equipment availability, and local market conditions.

DumpsterData does not guarantee that any waste-service provider will offer service at an estimated price.

Estimates are informational tools and do not constitute binding quotes, contractual offers, appraisals, or guarantees of savings.

You are responsible for verifying pricing, contract terms, and service availability directly with a qualified waste-service provider before making purchasing decisions.

3. Permitted Use

You may use DumpsterData for legitimate internal business purposes, including evaluating waste-service costs, preparing for negotiations, comparing current spending, and assessing potential service changes.

You agree to provide reasonably accurate information and comply with applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities

Without our prior written authorization, you may not:

• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools to systematically harvest pricing estimates or data.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Attempt to access proprietary datasets, underlying databases, model parameters, or nonpublic systems.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of our pricing intelligence.
• Use systematically collected outputs to reproduce a competing pricing database or intelligence service.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of DumpsterData.

These restrictions do not prohibit activities that cannot lawfully be restricted.

5. Intellectual Property

DumpsterData and its licensors retain their respective rights in the website, software, original content, analytical models, compilations, and proprietary pricing intelligence.

You may use individual estimates for legitimate business decisions and negotiations, but may not commercially redistribute our underlying pricing intelligence without authorization.

6. Information Submitted by Users

You must have authority to submit the business, service, or pricing information entered into the estimator and to permit the uses described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information that you are prohibited from disclosing.

You grant DumpsterData a limited right to retain and use submitted commercial waste service and pricing information for service delivery, analysis, development, validation and improvement of pricing models, and production of aggregated market intelligence, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This right also permits processing needed to operate and secure the platform.

You retain your rights in your underlying documents and confidential business information. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that information to DumpsterData. Identifiable customer-specific prices and business information will not be publicly disclosed as individual customer records without appropriate authorization.

7. No Professional Advice

DumpsterData provides informational pricing analysis, not legal, financial, engineering, environmental, or other professional advice.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the service, comply with law, or address operational needs.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every location or service configuration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DumpsterData is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that estimates will be complete, error-free, current, or applicable to every individual business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DumpsterData LLC and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits or anticipated savings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services evolve. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
